Is It Possible to Use a Non-Oracle Data Source in SQL Developer to Load Data Into the Cloud? (Doc ID 1968250.1)

Goal

We are trying to migrate SQL Server tables and views to an Oracle Database Service.

- We are able to successfully make a cloud connection.
- We are able to drag both tables and views into the cart and create files (see Cart_Table.xml ad Cart_View.xml)

However we are unable to successfully load the data into the Cloud. Is it possible to load SQL Server based objects into the Cloud via the cart functionality?
