Searching for existing Roles in Security Console gives "No data to display"

Expect the Role to be displayed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Security Console
2. Search for Role "Line Manager"
3. Find no rows displayed
