Receivables Transactions Notes Missing In The Manage Transaction Form (Doc ID 1968364.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Bill Customers-Create and Process Bill

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A transaction is created and a note is also created on the transaction. When the transaction is re-queried, the note is not retrieved.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The note should be retrieved with the transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and Save an Invoice

2. Create Note
Type = Maintain
Test Customer Transaction Note xx


3. Click OK and Save the Transaction.
The note is visible on the page

4. Save and Close the Transaction

5. Re-open the same transaction
The note is gone
