Error: "The Manager is Not a Valid Resource." When Running Update Resources Import in Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 1968395.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import resources using Update Resources, the following error occurs in the import log (View Error Records).

ERROR
-----------------------
The Manager is not a valid resource.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Data Upload
  2. Update Resources
  3. Import resource spreadsheet
  4. Validate data
  5. Error "The Manager is not a valid resource." occurs

-----------------------
"Manager name is not valid."
"Error saying manager name is not valid or no error but information is not loading for manager name doing a resource load or resource update load"
"Information in Manager field not loading"
