Engagement Rate Showing NIL Value (Doc ID 1968779.1)

Users are having problems within the Engagement Rate report with in Posts > All posts.
When switching to the 'Engagement' drill down of the post reporting, there are many posts with no value and a tool tip stating "rate is not displayed due to a data quality issue with the data received from the social network".
