Customer schedules Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes and Send Pending LDAP Requests processes to run daily, those processes have been working fine for a while, suddenly from one day, all scheduled processes fail with error

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to fusion application
2. Click Navigator -> Tools : Scheduled Processes
3. Search for all Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes or Send Pending LDAP Requests processes
You will see all past process finish as Succeeded, until certain date, all processes finish as Error
