In Release 9, for prospect customers, the Contact and customers details are captured in Leads and not required to create separately. On converting the Lead to an Opportunity, the contact and customer records are created by the system and linked to the Opportunity.
1. Account created in lead conversion process is created as sales prospect and not sales account/customer. In Release 8, to create convert lead to opportunity, a valid sales account needs to be linked to lead. Is this changed in R9?
2. Is the functionality explained in point is applicable only for Simplifed UI and not for classic UI?
