Goal

Qn1:Enterprise Hire Date is not editable. How can this date be updated?
 
Qn2:As I understand, Enterprise Hire Date is the original hire date when the first work relationship started with the Enterprise. In a scenario when there are multiple work relationships as different person types, will the enterprise hire date still change if I change the Legal Employer Hire Date?
