Goal

1: Enterprise Hire Date is not editable. How can this date be updated?
 
2: Enterprise Hire Date is the original hire date when the first work relationship started with the Enterprise. In a scenario where there are multiple work relationships as different person types, will the enterprise hire date still change if the Legal Employer Hire Date is changed?
