Symptoms

ISSUE
------------
Deleted Allocation Rule is available in the generate GL Allocations UI

STEPS
-------------
Connect to the General Ledger Dashboard
Go to Manage Journal
Go to Create Allocations Rules
Create a rule by example, save it, validate it and deploy it
Generate allocations with the rule
Go to create Allocations Rules
Remove the rule

Result : the rule is available in the generate GL Allocations whereas it has been deleted.
