Symptoms


Not able to Submit Award for Approval, cannot find any buttons related to Award Approval
Expect to see the Award approval button or submit award for approval button

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications.
2. Create Approval Rules for Manage Negotiation Award Approvals.
3. Move to Fusion Sourcing.
4. Create RFQ, invite suppliers and Publish.
5. Suppliers create responses with the quotes.
6. RFQ is closed.
7. Now trying to complete the Award Process, there is no Submit Award Approval button.
