Payables Payment Details are not Displayed in the Warning Message when Deleting a Payment in the 'Review Proposed Payments' UI

Symptoms
Payment Batch has been created.
Review Proposed Payments UI.
When deleting a Payment from the 'Review Proposed Payments' UI the warning message displayed is;
'IBY-825026 Payments you remove from a payment process request automatically remove associated documents. Removed documents are returned to the source product and must be resubmitted in a new payment process request to be paid. Do you want to continue?'
This warning message does not give details of the Payment(s) to be removed, which on occasion can lead to the wrong payment being removed.
The Payment details are only displayed after the deletion has been confirmed.
