CCA Issue: Preview Dial Script And FAQ No Longer Display In FP11 When NEXT Is Clicked

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In all prior versions of CCA the Script and FAQ browser URL’s were displayed when the NEXT button was clicked. Due to the Preview dial method this was crucial for the agent to Preview the script data prior to dialing the phone number to prepare for the phone call. Now a new defect has been instilled in FP11, the Preview script and FAQ only display after the DIAL is performed. This does not give the agent the Preview time in advance of the DIAL to read over the script details.
