Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Consolidate Product/Service Master Data-Analyze Master Data

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using Item Import Map and a UOM value without corresponding UOM class, if the UOM is numeric, it does not import.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
This worked ok in Release 8, expected Release 9 follows the same way of processing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a simple Import Map.
2. Attribute Group setup with numeric attribute that has no UOM class associated
3. This numeric value is lost in import process.
