Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Analyze Compensation Management

When attempting to click the view printable statement, the following error occurs.

Acrobat could not open 'TotalCompStatement.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was
sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded) To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then print the document to Adobe PDF.

Error generating the statements. Either Report Template is not defined or not accessible :

Navigator > My information > Total Compensation Statement > The Statement opens > Click View Printable statement
Error encountered when opening or saving and opening the pdf
