Symptoms

After navigating to Financial Reporting Center (FRC), user tries to open a custom report and the following errors occur:

First:  Unable to process request

Followed by:
Error: Internal Essbase JAPI error: [Cannot perform cube view operation. 
Essbase Error(1260073): Cannot uniquely identify a member, the name [10] is duplicated
