Fusion Performance Management: Consequences For Performance Documents When Changing The Legal Employer

When changing the legal employer according to below steps:
1. Cancel the work relationship in Manage Work Relationship.
2. Re-enter the hire with the same details along with the same hire date. When you click next button to go to ‘person information’ page, the system will then detect that the person is already in the system. It would propose the similar match.
3. Select the person and continue. You would see the new legal employer attached to this employee. Enter work relationship with the correct Legal Employer and the assignment details and submit the transaction.
