Leads Assignment Process Stays At Running Status With Empty Log

On : version, Lead Assignment

leads assignment processes are now stuck at Running status (schedules or standalone) with en empty log
When user cancel them they stay at Canceling status

Leads Assignment process should complete successfully

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Scheduled process > Run Requests Sales leads Assignment process (in a scheduled way or not )
2.Process are stuck a Running status with an empty log
(this even if user setup diagnostics with note : setup of "Oracle Sales Cloud: Diagnostic Tools for Assignment Manager" (Doc ID 1684020.1),
3. If canceling process , status stays at canceling and doesn't go to Canceled

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run leads assignment process so cannot assign leads in an automatic way
