EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Manage Approval Transactions (Manage Approval Rules: Change Location) should not return error if using the configuration with Application Roles.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go on FSM > search for task Manage Approval Transactions for Human Capital Management> Go to this task
2.Search for Change Location and configure it for approval to Application Role : PWC_HRSPECIALIST_VIEWALL_DATA ROLE
3. Add the PWC_HRSPECIALIST_VIEWALL_DATA ROLE to users security profile
4. Make a location change as the employee
5. Logging into users acct and don't see the approval task, I see an error when I log in as the employee.
Tested the 'Enterprise Roles' functionality and that works perfectly fine.
