The OSN Logon Screen Appears When Accessing OSN From Fusion Application and the FA Credentials Fail to Allow Connection, spinning or Throwing "Error: Invalid Login" Message Instead.

Specific users have the following issue when attempting to access OSN from any of the Social links within the FA Application (CRM, HCM, etc.).
Instead of opening the Oracle Social Network iFrame page, either the spinning icon which indicates a page loading is displayed, or the login dialog box appears again but entering the FA username/password does not allow the login and the following error is given.
Other users are not requested to enter any credentials (again) when clicking on the tab Social or entering the Oracle Social Network, they have no issues to access OSN from Fusion Applications.
