Need DBIs for:
The Grade Code Effective Start Date: The earliest effective date for the Assignment Grade Code.
The Department Effective Start Date: The earliest (Minimum) effective date of the Dept id in the Assignment. This is nothing but the DEPTID START Date

This interface is used to populate Oracle EBS - our accounting system - so it is really important we provide the accurate information. Below, you will find the usage which is done in the upload leg of the interface:

Those dates are used to record accurately the date from which an assignment is active when the interface file is uploaded on EBS side (as this could be in the future, we don't rely on using the day that the interface is processed).

Two dates that are considered for that
=> the SAL_ADMINP_START_DATE (= "Salary Admin Plan Effective Start Date" - the salary admin plan being a substring of the "Assignment Grade Code" in FUSION) and
=> the DEPTID_START_DATE (="Cost Center of the employee effective start date" - the cost center being stored in the "Assignment Department Name" in FUSION)

For the assignment update (in EBS), effective date will be greater of SAL_ADMINP_START_DATE and DEPTID_START_DATE data file column. If both of them are NULL then effective date will be sysdate.
Based on the above two dates in data file, future assignment will be created (in EBS).
Also, request to add the grade code to UE PER_PERSON_HISTORY_ASSIGNMENTS_U
