Symptoms

The error "The payment information couldn't be transferred for payroll processing. Contact your absence administrator. (ANC-3405066)" can be found when an absence is applied OR when accrual is run.

The message may be a slightly different, from case to case. These cases are detailed below.

 

Case 1) Error message usually met in UI

The payment information couldn't be transferred for payroll processing. Contact your absence administrator. (ANC-3405066)

Inform your administrator that an error was received during transfer of payment information. Person <PERSON NAME>. Absence plan <PLAN NAME>. Effective date <EFFECTIVE DATE>. Payroll processing error JBO-PAY-PAY_PROC_ERR_OCC:

 

Case 2) Error message found in Calculate accrual and balances process log -> balance is not calculated

JBO-ANC:::ANC_PAY_INTERFACE_ERROR: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>ANC-3405066</NUMBER><TEXT>The payment information couldn't be transferred for payroll processing. Contact your absence administrator.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS>

Inform your administrator that an error was received during transfer of payment information. Person <PERSON NAME>. Absence plan <PLAN NAME>. Effective date <EFFECTIVE DATE>. Payroll processing error .</DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE>

 

Case 3) Error message when the system does not create the disbursement

The payment information couldn't be transferred for payroll processing. Contact your absence administrator. (ANC-3405066)
Inform your administrator that an error was received during transfer of payment information. Person <PERSON NAME>. Absence plan <PLAN NAME>. Effective date <EFFECTIVE DATE>. Payroll processing error JBO-PAY:::PAY_IFACE_COMP_MISSING:
