Sorting in worksheet generated error
When working in worksheet of any compensation plan, if user want to do sorting by any column, an error message will pop up. Then the system will hang and no further action including log off can be performed.
"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1> Log in
2> Navigator >> Compensation
3> Act as Proxy Manager
4> Search for a manager
5> Click on any STIP plan listed
6> In the worksheet, click on E Number, or MBO Allocation to sort records by that column
7> The error message "An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information." will pop up.
