Related/Child Custom Objects Mobile Pages for Account or Contact not displaying (Doc ID 1983703.1)

Symptoms

Newly created Mobile Pages for custom child objects that have been added as Related objects on Contact or Account  objects are not accessible on the Oracle Sales Cloud Mobile App
The menu option for the pages appear on the Mobile app(under Contact or Account) , but when  attempting to access them nothing happens. It remains on the original page
