Unifier: "Invalid company account" when trying to login into the Bid Access URL

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When trying to login into the Bid Access URL (i.e. http://host.exampleUnifierURL.com/pub/bids), the following error is presented to the users:
"Invalid company account. Please contact your system administrator"
This error appears both when entering correct login credentials and when entering incorrect username and password.
