User is Unable to View PDF Files Due to Data Corruption in User Data

Information in this document applies to any platform.


A specific user is unable to view any PDF reports in BI, they show as a blank page.

However other similar users with the same exact roles can view the PDF reports without any issues.

Running both ESS Sync Jobs Send Pending LDAP Changes and Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes didn't help. Even revoking and assigning roles to the user didn't make any difference
