Goal

Please explain why we are unable to load Payroll element definitions using Payroll Batch Loader.

Upon creating batch header & batch and when we submit transfer batch process, it completes with following error:

The error message is:
Error while Processing of BatchLine no. : 1 with Id - NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
