When attempting to EXPORT NODES on the Manage Account Hierarchies UI an error occurs

Remote Region error #11

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the task of Financials>Common Application Configuration>Define Enterprise Structures>Define Reporting Structures> Define Chart of Accounts>Managing Account Hierarchies
2. Choose the tree version and go to edit.
3. Step though the first screen making no changes and it next whichis specify nodes.
3. Do actions > export nodes
