On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Other Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User(s) (anyone) cannot create Opportunities in Fuse UI only
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to create Opportunities in Simplified UI as well as in Classic one

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Simplified UI > Opportunities > Create opportunity : the UI is blank
2. Classic UI > Opportunities > Can create an Opportunity


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot opportunity in Simplified UI which is the End User dedicated UI
