When Running ESS Job "Import User and Role Application Security Data", Its Status is Retrying, Then Error (Doc ID 1985365.1)

Symptoms

After customer submit Import User and Role Application Security Data process, its status become Retrying

 

  After sometime, its status become Error

 

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access fusion application
2. Click Navigator -> Tools : Schedule Processes -> Schedule New Process
3. Search and submit process Import User and Role Application Security Data
the process will be at retrying status, if you wait long enough, the process status will become Error
