After customer submit Import User and Role Application Security Data process, its status become Retrying
After sometime, its status become Error
Steps to reproduce:
1. Access fusion application
2. Click Navigator -> Tools : Schedule Processes -> Schedule New Process
3. Search and submit process Import User and Role Application Security Data
the process will be at retrying status, if you wait long enough, the process status will become Error
