Symptoms

The user receives an error "9: Invalid Authentication URL." or “Authentication Failure Invalid Authentication URL” when attempting to log into Oracles Sales Cloud Mobile.  Alternatively they may have it enabled and can log in, but upon doing so are presented with a web page style user interface layout instead of the standard app UI.
