Symptoms
Create Taxable Transaction in Spreadsheet is not working for entered tax lines due to the error:
"You must enter a value in the Line Number attribute. (ZX-885095)"
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1, Navigator>General Accounting>Journals , on the left task hyperlink, click
"Create Taxable Transactions in Spreadsheet "
2, Open ADFdi,use login.
3, Enter the data as attached excel use.
4, Click upload. Failed.
5, Click the status "Insert failed" hyperlink
6, It reminds Errors for this row: You must enter a value in the Line Number attribute. (ZX-885095)
