Outlook STS Not Working When Proxy Required To Access SALES_CLOUD_APPCONFIG_URL (Doc ID 1986224.1)

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Authentication, Authorization & Single Sign-on

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After installing Sales Cloud for Outlook using STS Mode i.e.msiexec /i "FusionCRMForMicrosoftOutlook.msi" SALES_CLOUD_APPCONFIG_URL=”https://[servername].oraclecloud.com/outlookEdition/AppConfigServlet”, Outlook is displaying the standard Sales Cloud authentication sign in window.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After installing Sales Cloud for Outlook using STS mode the user should be presented with the STS sign in window.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Upload the STS connector.config to Manage Outlook Server Configuration Files setup and maintenance tasks
2) Install Sales Cloud for Outlook using STS Mode
msiexec /i "FusionCRMForMicrosoftOutlook.msi" SALES_CLOUD_APPCONFIG_URL=”https://caes-test.crm.em2.oraclecloud.com/outlookEdition/AppConfigServlet”
3) Launch Outlook
4) Notice the standard Sales Cloud authentication sign in window appears instead of the STS sign in.
