The 'Total Cost to You' fields are not populating when employee is making benefits selections
When an employee is making benefits selections through self-service, the 'Total Cost to You' fields are not populating. The Pretax Cost, After-tax Cost and Total fields remain at $0. So, the employee is not able to see how the benefits selection will cost him/her or might think it does not cost them anything.
