When changing profile content, customer wishes to see descriptions on the review page. Currently, the review page only displays the initial code value.

Customer would like to have an ER raised on the basis that the Lookup meaning is not displayed on the review page within the Content Type area. Currently the system design shows the lookup code to the end user when updating their information on the content type. What the user selects is the lookup meaning associated with that lookup code and the expectation is that when the employee comes to the review page they can see the information that they have selected is correct. Currently this is not possible as what the employee sees is a lookup code not the meaning so if an employee is selecting the meaning Sexual Orientation – Heterosexual they are presented with the code H.

This is not particularly user friendly as it goes against the purpose of the review page. The reason being is that on reviewing the data selected it does not match what the user has selected which could cause confusion for the end user. Therefore it is important from a user’s perspective to have the meaning displayed not the code.
