Team Sub-Component Grid is Not Displaying Data Correctly (Doc ID 1987452.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The sub-component grid for team is not displaying user data correctly.

Workflow & Automation > Users. From the USERS grid, select a user and click on the "Gear" icon, select Edit to edit a user, the TEAMS grid for the selected users is not displaying data correctly. see attached screen shot.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The edit icons should be visible and accessible.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Users in your account
3. Edit user
4. Click on Teams
5. See that edit icons are displaced and not displaying correctly.
