Symptoms
On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Set Up Order Fulfillment-General Setup for Accounts Receivable
When attempting to Create Remittance Bank Account, the following error occurs:

ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at line 1
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Create Remittance Bank Account
2. Populate all required fields and General Ledger Accounts.
3. Click Save. Error occurs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create remittance bank accounts.
