In Fuse/Simplified UI User Is Able To Save The Data In Person Information In The View Only Mode (Doc ID 1988097.1)

Symptoms

Issue
--------
Fuse/simplified self-service UI - User is in the View Only Mode and he is able to save the data in Personal Information >Edit

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1)Use View Only Profile Option
2)The employee accesses SUI and clicks on Personal Information. He clicks on
the Edit button and enters the phone number for himself
3)Click on Save and Close
4)The employee gets the error message that he is in the Read Only mode.
However when he clicks on OK and Edit button again, he finds the data saved

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
=================
As employee is in read only mode, the data should not be shown on refresh
