Live Help On-Demand: Call Infrastructure
Issue: Rules are triggering and the correct Call invite are shown on the webpage. Visitor hears the correct message (recorded in the correct language) but when the call is connected to the call center, the agent speaks a different language.
Customer cloned existing Rules and Links to be used by another Call Center.
