Verify the configuration for the customer's Active Directory integration in Evaluation Management (Interview tab in submissions and requisitions).

Note this feature is in Early Adopters (EA) phase and not all configuration combinations are supported, except for Office 365 / Azure AD which is supported starting in version 17.8.
For other implementations, only customers who signed up for the special program should be logging service requests (SR) to Oracle Taleo Support for assistance.
