After Importing Hcm Extract Definition, Blocks Records And Data Elements Are Not Displaying (Doc ID 1989016.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Move an extract from one pod to another, and the extract blocks are not visible/missing .

Also in the import log see the following exeception stack
