ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Create Uncosted Labor Expenditure Batch for Third-Party Application spreadsheet is missing LOVs for 'Source' and 'Document' in the header section.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see Values in the Transaction Source DropDown

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate - projects - costs
2. Under 'create expenditure batches' tasks -> Create Labor Expenditure Batch for Third Party Applications
3. Spreadsheet opens and request log on credentials
4. The 'Create Uncosted Labor Expenditure Batch for Third-Party Application' opens
5. In the header section there are List of Values - LOVs for Business Unit, Source and Document
6. Business unit is LOV is fine
7. Source and document LOVs are empty


The remaining four spreadsheets are working as expected:
  Create Labor Expenditure Batch
  Create Nonlabor Expenditure Batch
  Create Nonlabor Expenditure Batch for Third-Party Applications
  Create Costed or Accounted Expenditure Batch for Third-Party Applications
