On : version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to update salary using action: "Change Salary" - Action Reason "Change in Work Hours" or any other action reason attached to this action the following error occurs.
When using other action ex: Compensation Review or Promotion, the error is not shown

 " The salary record could not be created because required action information is not available. (CMP-1005149)
Contact the system administrator.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: Incident ID: 585, Server Domain: HCMDomain, Server Instance: CoreProcessesServer_1, Application Name: HcmCoreApp "
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Person Management> Query an employee
2. Choose Manage Salary > Try to add or update salary using Change Salary action
3. Error above occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add or update salary.
