Exporting templates from Manage File Import Mappings errors out
When attempting to download a template from Manage file Import Mappings, the customer receives an error: Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #1".
- Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
- Search for Manage File Import Mappings task
- Select an object and search
- Open any import mappings
- Click on Download Template button
