Live Help Chat Agents Are Logged But No Icons On Site

On : NA version, Agent Console

When agents and teams are logged and available, the icons are not responding and populating on the sites for the links and rules we have in place. This is not system wide and seems to be just affecting a few departments and related links/rules.

Agents should be able to take chats

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot chat with customers, losing potential business.
