When defining lookup codes, e.g. under PHONE_TYPE, while adding +SG (Singapore) to the tag column for a lookup value, the expectation is that the value will be available to SG employees only, but instead why does that value now no longer appear in the list of values when trying to edit phone details for a SG employee?
