Error: "The Requested URL Does Not Exist" in Instantis EnterpriseTrack Mobile

Symptoms

When attempting to access the Instantis EnterpriseTrack Mobile application, the following error occurs.

ERROR

"The requested URL does not exist" and "Invalid username or password"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Connect to Google Play or Apple App store (based on mobile device)
  2. Download Instantis EnterpriseTrack Mobile
  3. Access application on mobile device
  4. Enter server name
  5. Enter URL
  6. Enter Login ID
  7. Enter password
  8. Select Sign In
  9. Error received

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use mobile application to access Timesheets or Dashboards.
