Fusion INV: No Option To Specify Subinventory As Non-Nettable (Doc ID 1990042.1)

Goal

When creating a Subinventory there is no option to specify that a Subinventory is Non-Nettable.
In previous application (e.g. EBS R12) you could check a flag when creating a Subinventory to make it either Nettable or Non-Nettable. The latter would ensure anything in that Subinventory did not show as on-hand/available and it also could be excluded from various picking/planning processes etc.
There has to be a way to achieve this in Fusion.
Basically requirement is to have a Subinventory that can hold stock but that stock is not visible in general on-hand inquiries.
