ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Chats invites involving imagemap links are shown to the visitor but chat is not connected to the agent.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Chats to connect to agents when available.

STEPS

Create an imagemap link in Webcare.

Due to this issue, customer seeing significant drop in chat volume since the latest EE release.
