On : version, Accessing Service Instances and Managing Users

When attempting to sign into the OracleCloud, the following error message occurs:

The information you have provided is incorrect. If you have forgotten your password please click 'Forgotten Password"

username: <user_name@domain.com>

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receive Email with temporary password
2. Log into Oracle Cloud account

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is unable to access cloud to obtain meeting notes
