Symptoms

When a project accounting period is opened from either "Future Enterable" or "Never Opened" status from the Period Close flow or Manage Project Accounting Periods UI, the period does not change. In some cases, the following error occurs: There are not enough accounting periods to set to Future Enterable for the ledger XXXXXXX. (PJF-2235742)
